A Vibrant Pair of Kutahya Ceramics
This listing includes two original, hand-painted ceramic "zarfs" (cup holders) from the famous Kutahya workshops. Known for their cheerful color palette and folk-art style floral motifs, these pieces are iconic examples of Turkish ceramic history.
Condition Note: One of the holders has a small chip/loss on the rim (atık), as clearly shown in the macro photos. This does not affect the structural integrity but adds to its authentic antique character. The glaze remains vibrant.
Artisanship: Features traditional hand-painted floral bouquets in classic Kutahya yellow, blue, and green.
Usage: Historically used to hold handleless coffee cups, today they are perfect as decorative tea light holders, small trinket dishes, or display pieces for ceramic collectors.
